4K-IPTV UK provides IPTV subscription services using publicly available streams. We do not host, store, upload or maintain any audiovisual content on our servers. All streams are from third-party sources. Your usage of the service is entirely at your own responsibility.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must ensure your device and internet connection meet IPTV requirements.
• You must not share your subscription with others unless your plan allows multi-screen.
• You agree not to misuse, resell, redistribute or illegally broadcast the service.
• You are responsible for your own internet speed, router performance and device stability.

3. Account Activation

IPTV activation typically takes 2–10 minutes after payment. In rare cases, activation may take longer due to system load or maintenance.

4. Free Trial Policy

We provide a 24-hour free trial (if available) so customers can test channel quality, speed and stability before purchasing.

5. Refund Policy

Because we offer a free trial, all IPTV sales are final. After activation, no refunds or cancellations are provided. This includes:

• Wrong device selection by customer
• Slow or unstable internet connection
• Device compatibility problems
• Customer changing their mind after activation

6. Service Availability

Although we strive for 99% uptime, IPTV streams may occasionally go offline due to third-party providers, internet issues, or technological maintenance. Such occurrences are normal with IPTV systems and do not qualify for refunds.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use IPTV for illegal streaming or public broadcasting
• Modify, copy or resell our playlists without permission
• Share login details or expose your account publicly
• Use VPNs that block IPTV ports or throttle streaming

8. Disclaimer

4K-IPTV UK is not responsible for content hosted on third-party servers. We act only as a service provider offering access to publicly available streams. We do not endorse or support piracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by your internet provider
• Blocked ISP content or geo-restrictions
• Hardware/device problems
• Misuse of service by the customer

10. Privacy & Data
