- Internet quality — slow, unstable or insufficient bandwidth from your ISP or home network.
- User error — incorrect plan selection, wrong device type, misconfigured apps, shared credentials or setup mistakes.
- Change of mind — deciding you no longer want the service after activation, including unused subscription time.
- Third-party stream availability — temporary channel outages or maintenance affecting third-party sources.
- Failure to test — purchasing without using an available free trial when you could have evaluated the service first.
